This does not include Day Camp, Work Study Week or Wilderness Week.
All "grade" designations refer to the grade just completed

General Information & Costs:
How much? If you register 2 weeks in advance: $130/week; $60 for 1st Chance; $30 for Day Camp; $50 for Work-Study Week and Wilderness Camp. What do I send and where? Send the completed registration with $25 non-refundable advance fee to the camp at the address above at least two weeks prior to arrival. Bring the balance to camp when you come. Advance registration advised to secure a bunk in your desired camp week. The first 80 registrations for each week will be assured acceptance. Note: Whitewater Camp is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen items!
WHAT TO BRING TO CAMP:
1. Bedding: Sheets/blanket or sleeping bag and a pillow.
2. Class Material: Bible, notebook, & pencil or pen
3. Toiletries: Comb, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap and towels.
4. Spending Money: Each week, campers will contribute to the missionary offering. Snaq Shak will use a "prepaid debit card" sys-tem ($10 or $15 per card) for campers and faculty. Unused value of canteen card will go to the camp. Clothing: Clothes suitable for study, worship and play, no 2 piece swim suits allowed, no short shorts/skirts & no string tank tops.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Full camp weeks officially begin with the evening meal Sunday. Check-in time is from 3:00 to 5:00 P.M. Campers will be dismissed to go home Friday evening at 5:00 P.M. unless dismissed earlier by the Dean. Pick up campers promptly. Day Camp check-in 9:00 AM. and ends at 3:00 PM. 1st Chance Camp check in 3:00 and ends at 5:00 PM on last day.
2. Health and Safety Care. A Health Technician is on duty each week. At sign-in time please inform Health Tech of medical mat-ters which may need attention. Give the Health Tech ALL medicines in their original containers.
3. ACTUAL COST: Actual cost per camper is approximately $233.14. Contributions to cover the balance appreciated.
4. JUNIOR STAFF: Deans of 1st CHANCE, Day Camp, 3rd /4th, 5th/6th/7th Combo WEEKS may appoint Junior Staff for their camp weeks. Junior Staff must complete Personal Worker's Contract. There is no charge for Junior Staff. In order to be Junior staff you must either attend Work-Study or the week that corresponds with your grade. This is for ALL Junior Staff no exceptions.
5. BUNK ASSIGNMENTS: Cabin and bunk assignments will be confirmed at sign-in time. Please mark your choice on the registra-tion. Otherwise you will be assigned a bunk that you may not want. DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE CABINS UNTIL YOU GET YOUR ASSIGNED BUNK.
THE WHITEWATER WAY: FOR A QUALITY CAMP EXPERIENCE:
1. PARTICIPATION: All campers, faculty and staff are expected to conform to the Dean's schedule for the week, including wake-up call, mess-call, and lights-out, unless specifically excused by the dean. Campers, faculty and staff are expected to stay at camp until after the closing assembly after the evening meal on Friday, around 5:00 PM. (Medical notes from parents may excuse campers from certain strenuous activities.)
2. MEDICAL: All sickness and accidents are to be reported to the dean and health tech as soon as possible.
3. DRESS: Everyone is expected to dress modestly at all times.
a. Your attire must include shirts and shoes (except swimming).
b. No "short shorts/skirts", bare midriffs, low cuts, torn jeans, etc.
c. Swim wear: Boxer swim suits for guys and modest one-piece suits for girls are acceptable swimwear.
d. No clothing which bears offensive imprints such as drugs, tobacco, alcohol, sexual content, bad language, nudity, secu-lar music
etc..
e. Attire for the evening meal and vespers should be the best of the day.
4. SWIMMING: You may swim in or use the swim-pond only at assigned times when lifeguard is present.
5. FORBIDDEN: The following items are forbidden: drugs, tobacco, alcohol. (ALL MEDICATION MUST BE TURNED INTO THE NURSE!)
6. LEAVE AT HOME: Campers should not bring guns (real or toy), hunting knives, fireworks, lighters, TV's, CD players, radios, ipods, cell phones, palm-games, comic books, magazines, skates, skate boards, other distractions.
7. CARS: Campers who drive to camp are not permitted to use cars during camp and must turn in keys to the dean.
8. CLEAN-UP: Campers are expected to participate in cleanup activities daily and especially the last day of the week.
9. DISMISSAL: The coordinator & dean have authority to dismiss anyone who disregards the rules or disrupts the program
10. NO GRAFFITI! Campers/staff who deface or damage property will be responsible for correcting the damage.
11. CANTEEN: Campers may buy a $10 or $15 canteen card. Unused value of card will be donated to the camp. Missionary offering is separate.
12. VISITORS: Visitors should leave before campfire or earlier at the dean's request. All visiting is at the dean's discretion. The camp has a gate that is locked at 11 pm every night and reopens at 6 am. Note: All visitors must check in with the coordinator or dean, no exceptions! No overnight visitors unless registered and paid as campers or permitted by the Dean and Camp Manager.
